Sessions are designed to accelerate the improvement of a player's baseball skill set during the winter months. With consideration of the player's age, the workouts consist of baseball-related strength and conditioning either preceded or followed by a specific baseball discipline i.e. hitting and defense. Also, included is our arm care program focusing on strength and health. An emphasis on proper warmup and recovery will help develop arm strength while maintaining arm health for the spring season. Throwing will progress from playing catch/long toss to eventual full bullpen sessions.
Led by our experienced, professional Colossal trainers, we feel that the hard work put in during the winter months will translate to greater success on the field come this spring.
The players are encouraged to attend as many sessions that fit their schedule in order to see a greater development in their baseball skill set.
