Sessions are designed to accelerate the improvement of a player's baseball skill set during the winter months. With consideration of the player's age, the 90 minute workouts consist of baseball-related strength and conditioning either preceded or followed by a specific baseball discipline i.e. hitting, defense, pitchers and catchers.
Led by our experienced, professional Colossal trainers, we feel that the hard work put in during the winter months will translate to greater success on the field come this spring.
The players are encouraged to attend as many sessions that fit their schedule in order to see a greater development in their baseball skill set.
